Casa Allegra
Our cosy and stylish Casa Allegra is situated in the heart of Rovinj’s old town, two steps from the baroque Church of St Euphemia: away from its noisy main streets but close enough to feel the captivating atmosphere of this seaside Mediterranean town. The nearest beach is located less than 100m away and there are many others close by.
There are two holiday houses at your disposal: “House da mamma” for 2 up to 4 guests and “House da papà” for 2 up to 6 guests.
Our holiday houses, designed by a noted Polish architect, Katarzyna Baumiller, combine historical architecture with modern touch and functionality. We preserved the original stone walls and wooden parts as a tribute to the ancient soul of our house. Careful interior design imparts an unique charm to its history, making this place incredibly cosy.
Each holiday house has been designed with care and is equipped with:
- Kitchen and a living room (kitchen facilities and equipment: dishwasher, oven and an electric stove, refrigerator, electric kettle, blender, cutlery, plates, pots, iron with ironing board)
- Bedrooms with double beds (140 and 160 cm wide)
- Bathrooms with showers or bathtub and heated floors
- Air-conditioning and heating in every room.
- WiFi internet
- TV in the living room
- Shared patio with a large table for up to 12 persons and a barbecue set
“Hause da mamma” has a kitchen with a living room on the first floor, while on the second floor there is a bathroom, one bedroom with double bed (140 cm), and a sofa bed (160 cm) in an open room next to the bedroom. This apartment is suitable for two, three or four persons.
“House da papà” has a kitchen with a living room on the ground floor, as well as three bedrooms with double beds on first (140 cm bed), second (160 cm) and third (160 cm) floor. Bathrooms are on the first and second floor, and there is an additional toilet on the ground floor.
The shared terrace is equipped with a long table, chairs and a barbecue set. You will lose track of the time while enjoying a nice warm evening in good company, sipping a glass of fine wine and waiting for your the fish you have caught to be done.
Staying in our Casa Allegra is a one of a kind experience. You will feel Rovinj’s heartbeat while listening to the seagulls flying above, the horns of ships leaving the harbour and people stepping on the historical stone streets on their way to work. Life in small, Mediterranean towns is so relaxing, peaceful and enriching. It is not a surprise that people simply fall in love with Rovinj.

„Das Apartment da mamma“ besteht aus einer Kueche und einem Wohnzimmer in der ersten Etage, sowie ein Badezimmer mit Toilette, und zwei Schlafzimmern, eines mit Doppelbett (140 cm breit) und eines mit einem Sofa (160 cm breit) in der zweiten Etage. Dieses Apartment ist fuer 2 – 4 Personen geeignet.
„Das Apartment da pappa“ besteht aus einer Kueche mit einem Wohnzimmer im Erdgeschoss und ein Vorzimmer mit Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (140 cm breit) und Badezimmer mit Toilette in der ersten Etage sowie ein Vorzimmer mit Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (160 cm breit) und Badezimmer mit Toilette in der zweiten Etage und ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (160 cm breit) in der dritten Etage. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es auch eine Toilette. Dieses Apartment ist fuer 2 – 6 Personen geeignet.
Eine Terrasse mit Tisch, 12 Stuehlen und Grill ladet zu einem langen, warmen Abend in einer gemütlicher Runde ein.
Unsere gemuetliche Pension “Casa Allegra“ liegt in der Mitte der Altstadt, weit weg von geraeuschvollen Strassen aber nicht zu weit um die typische Atmosphaere der mittelalterichen Stadt zu spueren.
Es gibt zwei Apartments zu Ihrer Verfuegung: „Apartment da mamma“ fuer 2 bis 4 Gaeste und „Apartment da papa“ fuer 2 bis 6 Gaeste.
Unsere Apartments sind von der polnischen Architektin Katarzyna Baumiller entworfen, eine Kombination aus historischem Erbe mit modernen Loesungen.
Jedes Apartment ist wie folgt ausgestattet:

Der Aufenthalt in unserer “Casa Allegra“ wird sicher eine gute Erfahrung für Sie. Dort koennen Sie sich voll entspannen und die schoene Umgebung geniessen. Altstadt und Hafen befinden sich in der Naehe. Historische Bauten, aus Stein gebaute Haeuser, zusammen mit dem Hafen und seinen vielen Booten runden das malerische Bild ab. Besonders die Altstadt koennen Sie stundenlang erkunden.
